Consumer information (Australia)
Last updated: 1 April 2026. This page summarises how Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), relates to your use of this website. It is a summary only and does not replace the statute or advice from a lawyer.
1. What we supply
We supply free digital lifestyle content (information and editorial material). We do not, through this website, sell physical goods or paid digital products. If that changes, we will update this page and relevant checkout disclosures.
2. Misleading or deceptive conduct
Under the ACL, businesses must not mislead or deceive consumers. We aim to describe our content accurately: it is general lifestyle information, not personalised professional or health advice. If you believe something on the site is unclear or inaccurate, please tell us so we can correct it.
3. Unfair contract terms
If we offer paid services in future, standard form consumer contracts will comply with unfair contract terms rules as applicable. Current access to free pages does not require a paid contract.
4. Complaints
Contact us first at ask@shefrealmychik.world or via contact.html. If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact the consumer affairs agency in your state or territory (for example Queensland’s Office of Fair Trading for Queensland residents).
